National Accounts Division offers the larger, more complex clients technical support and assistance with their insurance requirements and placements. The division’s account executives average twenty years experience and are very well versed in all types of loss sensitive and alternative coverage methods. Casualty large deductible, self insured, captives, fronted and retrospectively rated programs are their specialty. In addition, the division also has expertise in large property placements helping to round out the coverage’s required by many of the firm's largest accounts.
Industry groups serviced are varied with clients in the following industry sectors: Energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, municipalities, advertising and public relations firms, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, shipping, logistics, real estate, technology, scrap metal, terminal operations, law firms and resorts.
Most importantly, National Accounts Division service personnel work closely with all the divisions within the firm to make certain that all the services required by their clients are seamlessly provided.
The National Accounts Division servicing personnel coordinate in-house claims, engineering, environmental, accounting and legal support as well as liaising with third party adjusters, and insurance company services offered by vendors so that the client’s needs are totally addressed.
